Richard Millman, CEO – has been working within Leisure Connection’s parent Group, Danoptra, since September 2007 as the Group Strategy Director. Richard brings a wealth of marketing, commercial, retail and general management experience to the leading leisure operator, Leisure Connection. Richard’s previous experience has been gained from working for many national and international companies and brands such as DSG International – namely PC World, Coca Cola and Guinness. 
Andrew Marshall, Managing Director of Operations – joined Leisure Connection in September 2008 and brings wide experience of developing effective business relationships in multi-site operational management working under contract to local authorities. He was Operations Director and then Managing Director of major parking companies and numbers over fifty local authorities as well as prestigious private sector companies amongst his former clients, for whom he was responsible for delivering a quality service in a demanding environment under the scrutiny of a wide range of stakeholders. 
Peter Howells, Operations Director – Peter recently celebrated 25 years continued service with Leisure Connection having been in the Resorts Industry for the first 13 years and the Leisure Sector for the last 12 years. As Operations Director he brings a wealth of hands on experience for both the private and public sector services in managing multi-site enterprises. Peter has been instrumental in driving high quality standards throughout the company utilising the Quest process and achieving some of the highest individual scores and averages in the industry. Peter has nurtured and developed the team to deliver the very highest standard of customer care and business acumen.
Richard Still, Financial Director – Richard is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience both in the leisure profession and various senior finance roles within the Danoptra Gaming Group. Richard has extensive knowledge of both the leisure and gaming industries.
