Quality is central to all we do. Leisure Connection has invested and developed one of the best quality management systems in the fitness industry, which continues to develop and evolve 24/7.

We believe that during difficult economic conditions one thing’s a given – people don’t want to let go of their hard earned cash. Consumers are being far more selective in where they spend their money and organisations that do not place quality at the top of their agenda will suffer.

Quest

Quest is an important tool in our own quest for quality. Quest represents industry recommended best practice in the public access environment.

Measuring performance against 188 key best practice principles in 22 areas of business, the Quest Assessment is a two day external audit of systems, processes and evidence from actual site visits. The process includes mystery visits and a further one day audit to measure progress against achieved standard. The Quest Assessment operates on a two year cycle. All Leisure Connection sports and leisure facilities undergo a Quest audit. We are successful, year on year at increasing our Quest scores at our facilities and hold some of the highest scores in the country.

We are the only multi-site operator with an average score above the national average and in addition, we hold some of the highest scores for individual sites. By improving our Quest scores, we will ensure that we continue to develop our facilities, services and teams leading to continually improving standards of customer services.

With a varied estate like ours, ranging from Victorian pools to new, purpose-built, multi-activity centres, it is important that we approach the management of the visitor experience with an integrated quality management system that is workable across all areas of our business.
