TAES success and North Kesteven

Leisure Connection entered into this partnering contract in 2003, managing seven of the Council’s leisure and cultural services. This contract has been extended by a further five years since then. The success of the partnership was validated by the government agency IDeA. “Providing leisure and cultural services to the highest possible standard...Leisure Connection exceed their contractual commitments in order to deliver a high quality service.”

Towards an Excellent Service (TAES) Award - the Government Agency IDeA validated the partnership between North Kesteven District Council and Leisure Connection, grading it as a ‘GOOD’ relationship, successfully self assessed across 8 topics:
