Whether you are older or younger, new to exercise and physical activity or a keen fitness enthusiast the dedicated fitness team can advise you on the most appropriate activity to suit you and your lifestyle, including the new option of training with our resident Personal Trainer.

With the new addition of our catering professionals "Leisurextra", we are sure that we can cater for your parties and events as well as that relaxing social meet over a lovely cup of coffee and take in the beautiful views of Simmons Park.
