The Business Development team are experienced in all aspects of the leisure industry - within both the local government and commercial sectors.  Our staff take a hands-on approach to understanding the needs of potential clients and then proposing and developing solutions that create a successful future for your leisure environment.

As one of the leading sports management companies for nearly 15 years Leisure Connection have acquired and managed an impressive range of leisure sites ranging from traditional local government leisure centres, to theatres, tourist visitor centres, community halls, golf courses, sports development teams, private health clubs, corporate sports villages and Sport England's 3 National Sports Centres (Bisham Abbey, Holme Pierrepont & Lilleshall), plus the National Wheelchair Foundation Sports Centre at Stoke Mandeville.

Over the last two decades the leisure and sports industries have changed significantly.  The local government market is no longer about simply "operating to a specification" or contributing capital to extend the life of aging facilities.  Our team specialise in exploring "leisure, sport & wellbeing" initiatives that can add value to existing sports centre operations and attract new users in order to justify additional investment and enhance community and Council activities.
