What we do
The primary activities of the Business Development Team are:
- Source, assess and complete tender opportunities from the local government and commercial markets
- Forge positive working relationships with existing and potential clients/customers and industry organisations
- Complete detailed feasibility studies for leisure projects, including business plans and market growth analysis
- Appraise capital investment options in partnership with clients to maximise the public profile and operational success of all sources of funding
- Manage PFI/PPP projects from concept to operation, offering both investment vehicles and long-term business plans to develop iconic community facilities
- Develop IPS and NPDO contract structures to provide clients with "best value" and transparent partnership throughout project lifecycles
With ongoing internal systems focusing on innovation the Business
Development Team are continuously adding new services to their
portfolio that can be offered to existing and potential
clients. Trends within the industry mean that we closely
monitor the success and failure of new initiatives, funding sources
and corporate movements to ensure that our clients are provided
with accurate advice and cutting edge leisure technology and
initiatives to provide that all important "business advantage".
