Growing the Arts - Our Ethos

artsNK is committed to increasing participation in a wide range of creative activities within rural Lincolnshire.  In order to achieve this, artsNK delivers an innovative and high quality service, ensuring that activities have an appropriate and engaging content, and that full consideration is given to overcoming any problems of access.

The artsNK approach is characterised by using long-term relationships as a framework for creative development and achievement. Carefully planned workshops are led by professional artists, who are experienced in furthering and diversifying individuals' creative abilities, understanding and aspirations. 

It is through this process of increasing participation and supporting creative development, that a sustainable growth of interest and investment in the arts can be achieved.  This growth of investment will then increase with the appreciation of the positive impact that the arts can have in delivering various partners' objectives.
