News: TV's Steve Rider Motivates Sporting Youth

Local Marlow Grammar School, Sir William Borlase, was delighted to be back at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre for the schools Annual Sports Dinner. 144 students, teachers and guests dined in the historical Great Hall.
After a splendid meal the schools sporting stars for the year
received well deserved trophies and prizes.
TV Sports Presenter Steve Rider was the guest speaker for the
evening, entertaining the pupils with an erudite and fantastically
amusing address, followed by a question and answer session,
informing the audience that
'the easiest way to succeed in sport is by sitting on your backside
and talking about it'.
