    02-Feb-12
£100,000 has been invested into the new Halsa Health Club, which forms part of the brand new multi million pound Radisson Blu Hotel on Herald Way near East Midlands Airport. Aside from providing a first class fitness and health facility for local people it has also created 12 new jobs for the local area.

The brand new 2500 sqm Halsa Health Club features the very latest in fitness and conditioning equipment as well as a 12.5 metre heated indoor pool, with a steam room and sauna, which offers the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The health club also has two first class beauty rooms offering a range of beauty and therapy treatments enabling users to feel completely pampered, relaxed and refreshed after spending some time with Halsa.

Ryan Browne manager of Halsa Health Club said: “The new health club looks fantastic and is going to be a great addition to the local health and fitness offering. Membership starts from as little as £29.99 per month and we are open seven days a week. We want to emphasis that Halsa is open to the public and local people are encouraged to join us. And in a bid to showcase the new facility we are offering a free three day pass to local people. To claim your pass simply call 01509 670575.”

Investment has also been made in areas which the members won’t be able to see such as the back room operation but this necessary work has been done to ensure the health club is effectively managing its carbon footprint.
